"Angelo's place is lovely, very natural and tastefully decorated, the opportunity to cook both indoors and outdoors in the great outdoor kitchen is wonderful. After getting up you can go for a swim right outside the front door ( bathing shoes, as stony beach are important), then you have breakfast on the beautiful terrace and then there are many great hiking trails on the island. The tranquility is wonderful and you can relax wonderfully."

"A quiet and serene heaven right by the sea. We fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the waves and took dips into the sea in the morning. The sea is literally at doorstep. The house is close to the shop and restaurant but very private and quiet. The patio offers cooling shade and the outdoor shower and kitchen are both facing the sea so you feel in touch with the mystical rustic nature of Alicudi at all times.
The house is decorated and furnished with a keen eye to detail and in the traditional style. You can see it is done by a person who appreciates the history of the island and has good taste.
A truly unique experience and Angelo was a very helpful and friendly host."
